Description
In order to celebrate the new layout on my artblog (www.theumbrellaboy.tumblr.com) I coloured my character Virgil using the colour scheme. 
I haven't decided what sort of story Virgil belongs to yet, but I'm thinking it will be a suits&guns one! :3 He is good natured and smiling, I feel that he is a country boy in origin. I hope you will enjoy his design! High-Waisted pants ftw!
*For critique--I had attempted to draw the fullbody picture in a slight birds-eye view, but to me it didn't really work out, and I was very reluctant to add his left hand because of that. Perhaps I could have drawn more of a curve in his waist area? x0x I also was having a hard time figuring a good layout for the page. I would really appreciate a critical view on it so that I can improve for next time.

Ooooh. I adore the color scheme! And his outfit is absolutely adorable. Great concept 
One thing, the full body picture. Definitley a good attempt, birds eye view is difficult o-o Try putting his feet farther behind his torso and legs? Using reference never hurts either. In fact, it can usually make drawings better :0
But other than that, this is fantastic. Love love love it
